Signing of an Agreement with the Kyrgyz Republic

08/27/2015. Today, in the framework of the visit of the General prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan, Lieutenant-general of justice Rahmon Yusuf Ahmadzod, in the meeting of the Coordinating Council of General Prosecutors of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held a bilateral meeting of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan with the General Prosecutor of the Kyrgyz Republic Dzholdubaeva Indira Yrysbaevna.

During the meeting, they discussed issues of facilitating the process of delimitation and demarcation of the state border, prevention of conflict of the border areas population, objective and comprehensive investigation of emerged events, including the organization of a joint investigation team, transfer of the convicted citizens of both sides for further serving the sentence in their homeland, and etc.

As a result, with the aim of practical implementation of discussed issues between the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan and the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic have been signed an agreement on legal assistance and cooperation.
